Terrence is a design and development studio based in Peckham, creating buildings that are thoughtful, resource-conscious, and built to last. We believe good architecture should sit lightly on its site, make the most of what it has, and adapt gracefully as needs evolve.

The studio was founded by Oliver Partington, a designer with over a decade of residential experience across a range of scales — from intimate homes to larger mixed-use projects.

We recently completed a timber frame new build in Brockley and are about to break ground on two townhouses in Hackney.
